Job Title: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Provide information about our products and services and answer customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in [English/Hindi].
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call logging software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
